Because this is a special week for me, I will forgo my regular Gimli Gazette and post this important News Flash. All of the Internet is abuzz with news of my seventh anniversary at Mercy Spring Ranch. I saw a couple of postings on FaceBook celebrating my arrival in 2016. I was touched by their kind sentiments.
I know that humans celebrate seventh anniversaries with gifts of wool or copper. Alas, horses have little use for such things. However, if you dig deep into the historic equine archives, you will discover that the perfect seventh anniversay gift for that special horse in your life is Horse Cookies! I have cleared room in my paddock for the arrival of many pallets of cookies (minimum delivery is two hundred boxes!).
